About Callie

Callie, a Minnesota native, discovered her passion for hospitality at 18 as a hostess. She earned a Hospitality degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stout while working as a server and bartender. An internship at TPC Twin Cities introduced her to operations, sales, and event planning, leading to nearly a decade with the company.

In 2018, she joined Morrissey Hospitality at Bunker Hills Event Center, quickly advancing from Catering Sales Manager to Director of Catering, where she built strong teams and led successful events. During COVID, she played a key role in Bunker Hills’ adaptability. Callie now thrives as General Manager of Bunker Hills Event Center and Kendall’s Tavern & Chophouse, bringing leadership and energy to the team.

About Chad

Executive Chef Chad Methum began his culinary career in 1984, advancing from dishwasher to cook before attending Hennepin Vocational Technical College. He gained experience as a hotel chef and became an Executive Chef at a private club in 1992.

After nearly 15 years in private clubs and hotels, Chad joined Morrissey Hospitality at the Saint Paul RiverCentre in 2004. After taking some time off to take care of his health, he returned to Morrissey Hospitality at Hillcrest Country Club in 2017.

Today, as Executive Chef at Bunker Hills Event Center, Chad leads the culinary team at Kendall’s Tavern & Chophouse and oversees all catered events, bringing decades of expertise and passion to every dish.

About Cambrie

Cambrie’s passion for event planning began at the Lumber Exchange Event Center, where she fell in love with bringing events to life. Now a vital part of the Bunker Hills team, she thrives on creating memorable experiences for clients. She believes food choices are key to a great event and loves hearing guest feedback after a successful celebration.

Cambrie enjoys the excitement and surprises that come with event planning—like the time a guest requested to bring an inflatable pool! Above all, she values working with the amazing team at Bunker Hills.

The grounds were gorgeous and the ballroom was elegant and regal. All the staff was easy to work with and easy to get a hold of. The food was absolutely FANTASTIC!!! We got tons of rave reviews from all our guests about how delicious our chosen meal was! We both had to get second helpings of those amazing braised beef short ribs and fingerling potatoes! It was a great day and thankfully we were blessed with great weather! A five star venue and surprisingly affordable! I would definitely recommend!

We got married at Bunker in July of 2019 and we had the best experience! The food was incredible, I had guests commenting on how great it was for weeks! It was affordable and if you desire, it can be a one stop shop. We had our ceremony, reception, photos, dessert, drinks, everything through Bunker! We got ready there as well. It made it so easy to have one location and one main vendor! The service was amazing both on our wedding day and throughout the planning process. The staff felt like family. I would highly recommend Bunker!

From the start Bunker Hills was amazing to work with! So accommodating and always responded quickly with multiple questions. Callie was who we planned our day with and she was fabulous! The day of the event staff were so fun and made sure everything was going smooth and that we were enjoying our day. They even helped with tear down! They did a great job! Bunker Hills was better than I could have imagine! It was great to be able to have our ceremony and reception in one place, the outdoor ceremony area is incredibly beautiful! Unfortunately it rained on our wedding day and we had to do our ceremony indoors (and it was still stunning!) and we are so thankful Bunker has a Plan B for uncooperative weather. We received so many compliments from our guests about the delicious food. We worked with Callie while planning our wedding and she was incredible to say the least. She was always there to answer any questions we had and worked with us to make our wedding everything we could have dreamed of.

My husband and I were more than thrilled with our decision to use Bunker Hills for our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception in June of 2018! We knew immediately after walking in that this was where we wanted to get married! Callie was so amazing to work with and so helpful.
