About Callie
Callie, a Minnesota native, discovered her passion for hospitality at 18 as a hostess. She earned a Hospitality degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stout while working as a server and bartender. An internship at TPC Twin Cities introduced her to operations, sales, and event planning, leading to nearly a decade with the company.
In 2018, she joined Morrissey Hospitality at Bunker Hills Event Center, quickly advancing from Catering Sales Manager to Director of Catering, where she built strong teams and led successful events. During COVID, she played a key role in Bunker Hills’ adaptability. Callie now thrives as General Manager of Bunker Hills Event Center and Kendall’s Tavern & Chophouse, bringing leadership and energy to the team.
Chad Methum

About Chad
Executive Chef Chad Methum began his culinary career in 1984, advancing from dishwasher to cook before attending Hennepin Vocational Technical College. He gained experience as a hotel chef and became an Executive Chef at a private club in 1992.
After nearly 15 years in private clubs and hotels, Chad joined Morrissey Hospitality at the Saint Paul RiverCentre in 2004. After taking some time off to take care of his health, he returned to Morrissey Hospitality at Hillcrest Country Club in 2017.
Today, as Executive Chef at Bunker Hills Event Center, Chad leads the culinary team at Kendall’s Tavern & Chophouse and oversees all catered events, bringing decades of expertise and passion to every dish.

Cambrie’s passion for event planning began at the Lumber Exchange Event Center, where she fell in love with bringing events to life. Now a vital part of the Bunker Hills team, she thrives on creating memorable experiences for clients. She believes food choices are key to a great event and loves hearing guest feedback after a successful celebration.
Cambrie enjoys the excitement and surprises that come with event planning—like the time a guest requested to bring an inflatable pool! Above all, she values working with the amazing team at Bunker Hills.
