Dishwasher
The heart and soul of our team! Learn kitchen cleanliness, organizational efficiency, and teamwork, and keep Bunker Hills Event Center running smoothly!
Prep/Pantry Cook
Learn cooking techniques, work with fresh ingredients and state-of-the-art equipment, maintain safety and quality standards, and learn to anticipate service needs.
Line Cook
Master classic cooking techniques and precise, from-scratch recipes for high-volume services. Ensure quality and safety standards passionately and collaboratively.
Lead Line Cook
Supervise daily kitchen operations, coordinate and oversee staff training, and ensure preparedness and successful execution through prep, set-up, service, and closing.
Busperson
Perform essential support functions for BOH and FOH with attention-to-detail and enthusiasm. Learn organizational efficiency, teamwork, health and safety standards, and restaurant awareness.
Custodian
Ensure cleanliness and safety standards throughout Bunker Hills’ restaurant, bar, catering, concessions, and other hospitality-focused spaces. Complete both individual and team tasks with enthusiasm and attention to detail.
House Attendant
Perform set-up, break-down, and clean-up activities for indoor and outdoor events. Maintain, service, and manage inventory of A/V equipment, staging, tables, linens, dance floors, and other event equipment.
F&B Attendant
Perform all service and hospitality services for banquet, catering, and/or concessions. Provide professional, prompt, and courteous food and beverage service to guests, set up and break down events, and more.
F&B Supervisor
Lead and supervise Bunker Hills’ restaurant, bar, catering, and concession service activities. Train, mentor, and manage staff, maintain quality and consistency standards, and lead guest-forward hospitality.
Bartender
Provide friendly, helpful and knowledgeable service that goes above and beyond for bar and restaurant guests. Expand wine, spirit and beer knowledge and experience, and work collaboratively with other staff.
